Generation of Leaders Discovered (GOLD) Peer Education Development Agency is a dynamic non-profit organisation that aims to play a key role in reducing the incidence and impact of HIV/AIDS on Sub Saharan Africa. The GOLD model addresses the root cause of the HIV/AIDS pandemic through a long term adolescent peer education programme with 22 defined developmental outcomes. GOLD's core strategy is to mobilise influential teenage leaders to be positive role models and agents of change in their schools and communities.
